About the role
 
The Alumni and Supporter Relations team is responsible for nurturing UCL’s alumni and supporter relationships. Our influential community of over half a million individuals reside in 190 countries around the world.
As Alumni and Supporter Relations Officer (Faculties and Programmes), you will work across both the Faculties and Products & Programmes core pillars within the Alumni and Supporter Relations team. You will play a central role in supporting the development and delivery of our new alumni engagement programme. You will be instrumental in the application of flagship products and programmes we use to engage alumni, while proactively supporting the delivery of alumni engagement activities with faculty counterparts, including communications, events and volunteering opportunities.
We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of20%on site. Please note Tuesdays are our in-office anchor day for all Advancement members.
