Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Florida International University in the search for an Executive Director of Estate and Planned Giving.
Reporting to the Vice President of Development, the Executive Director will manage and enhance a planned giving program that is focused on securing gifts through trusts, annuities, and testamentary giving to meet organizational goals. The Executive Director will build a multi-year strategic plan and set priorities for FIU that best serves the growing number of centralized and unit-based fund-raising staff and Alumni Association. They will identify, cultivate, and solicit major and principal level outright and deferred gift prospects independently and in partnership with colleagues from across the University. They will also oversee marketing initiatives for deferred and outright gifting techniques to various internal and external audiences. The position works with all areas of the University in coordination with University and Foundation leadership.

A bachelor's degree and twelve years of experience and seven years of experience in gift planning fundraising program implementation and management is required. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is preferred. Florida International University will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000.
