ZRG Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Penn State in the search for an Associate Vice President, Principal and Presidential Advancement.

Reporting to the Vice President and partnering closely with President Bendapudi and senior leadership, the Associate Vice President, Principal and Presidential Advancement (AVP) will lead and expand fundraising efforts for gifts of $5 million and above, including Campaign and Presidential Initiatives. The role oversees Principal Gifts, Planned Giving, and Foundation Relations, with a mandate to build a best-in-class principal gifts program. As a member of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations (DDAR) leadership team, the AVP will play a key role in advancing Penn State's strategic plan and campaign goals.

In this role, you will model fundraising excellence, manage a portfolio of principal gift prospects, and drive strategies that inspire transformational philanthropy. You will work closely with the President to coordinate strategic donor engagement and travel, strengthening support for the university's top priorities. You will join a division of more than 500 professionals and collaborate with colleagues across fundraising, research, finance, and communications to engage donors whose generosity transforms lives.

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least ten years of combined major gifts and related experience, is required for this position. The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $390,000. Penn State provides a broad range of benefit options to cater to employees' specific needs.
