In partnership with Lindauer, Bowling Green State University seeks a strategic and collaborative advancement leader to serve as Executive Director for Campaigns and Donor Relations. As BGSU prepares to launch its next comprehensive fundraising campaign in July 2026, the University is seeking a dynamic professional who can lead campaign strategy and execution while strengthening donor stewardship and engagement across a nationally recognized public research university.
The Executive Director will play a central role in shaping and driving that campaign, partnering closely with advancement leadership, academic units, volunteers, and donors to advance institutional priorities and create meaningful impact.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of BGSU's next comprehensive fundraising campaign.
- Coordinate campaign activity across development, alumni engagement, communications, and stewardship teams.
- Oversee donor relations and stewardship strategy, including recognition, reporting, and principal gift engagement.
- Partner with senior advancement leadership, volunteers, and campus stakeholders to align campaign priorities and momentum.
- Develop systems, metrics, and communications that strengthen accountability, donor engagement, and campaign visibility.
